Toby Bressler, PhD, RN, OCN, FAAN

Toby Bressler, PhD, RN, OCN, FAAN, is the Senior Director of Nursing for Oncology and Clinical Quality and an Associate Professor at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. As the Chair of the Mount Sinai Health System Oncology Nursing Steering Committee, she ensures standardization of best practice through policy and procedure development, and professional development across seven hospital sites.
Dr. Bressler is a Fellow in the American Academy of Nursing, a Fellow and Vice Chair of the Nursing Section in the New York Academy of Medicine, and the President of The Orthodox Jewish Nurses Association.
Dr. Bressler received her PhD from Molloy University, Master’s degree from New York University, and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from SUNY Downstate. Melding her faith with nursing science and social justice, Dr. Bressler’s advocacy has improved health-equity for at-risk communities. Her scholarship and research promotes access to cancer and palliative care among faith-based minorities. Dr. Bressler has disseminated this highly specialized work in more than 70 peer reviewed journal articles and book chapters spanning 20 countries and across five continents. A transformational leader, the impact of Dr. Bressler’s contributions cross a nexus of community, clinical, and educational settings, helping to advance global understanding and policy formation.

Hannah Bodenstein, BSN, MBA

Hannah Bodenstein is a healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience in clinical nursing, quality improvement, and healthcare technology. As Senior Director of Business Intelligence and Quality at Maimonides Medical Center, she drives data-driven strategies to enhance clinical systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and achieve organizational excellence. Hannah holds an Executive MBA in Healthcare Administration from Baruch College and a BS in Nursing from NYU, where she graduated cum laude. Fluent in French, Hebrew, and Yiddish, she is an expert in EHR systems and clinical informatics.

Eliah Perez, BSN, RN

Eliah Perez is a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgia State University, where she graduated with a 4.00 GPA and received the prestigious Kell Award for Academic Excellence. As Manager of New Client Implementation and Training at Ostro Health, she oversees Nurse Navigator services, ensuring efficient client onboarding and program optimization. With experience as a Nurse Navigator, Charge Nurse, and MDS Consultant, Eliah is a leader in clinical excellence, project management, and patient education.

Ross Polonetsky, MSN-NHCSL,BSN,RN

Ross Polonetsky, MSN-NHCSL,BSN,RN is pediatric nurse with years of experience as a clinical processes professional. He earned his MSN recently from Grand Canyon University with the primary focus on Nursing Healthcare Systems Leadership. He works for Sunshine Health as a clinical processes expert responsible for all regulatory complaints from AHCA and the Department of Health for Children’s Medical Services.

Chaya Milikowsky, MS, RN, AG/ACNP

Chaya Milikowsky, MS, RN, AG/ACNP is an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with a background in both intensive care and palliative care. She received her Master of Science in 2010 from the University of Maryland School of Nursing, and a Post-Master's certificate as an Adult/Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Nurse Specialist from the University of Maryland School of Nursing in 2015. She works in the medical ICU at the University of Maryland Medical Center MICU and in St. Joseph Medical Center M/SICU, and also works for Montgomery Hospice.
