CNE & Professional Records
OJNA collects and retains information related to event participation, evaluations, attendance verification, and Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) records. Our nursing continuing professional development activities are approved by the Northeast Multistate Division Education Unit (NEMSD), an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC).
CNE records may be stored for administrative, accreditation, verification, audit, and compliance purposes for periods required by accreditation bodies (typically six years).
Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment provider. OJNA does not store full credit card details.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. We share limited information with trusted service providers necessary to operate our services, including:

- GoDaddy Email Marketing: Email newsletters and communications
