Payments, Memberships & Refunds

You agree to contact OJNA before initiating a dispute or chargeback. OJNA reserves the right to contest disputes and provide supporting records, including registration data, usage records, and communications.

Auto-Renewal
Recurring memberships automatically renew at the end of each term unless cancelled. We send an automated reminder approximately two weeks before each renewal date. You can manage or cancel renewals through your account settings or by contacting us before the next renewal date. Renewal pricing may change with prior notice.
Affiliate Programs & Sponsorship Disclosure
OJNA may participate in affiliate programs, sponsorship arrangements, or partnerships with third parties. We may receive commissions, discounts, or other compensation when members use promotional codes, links, or services provided through these partnerships. This does not affect membership pricing or benefits, and we only partner with organizations we believe offer value to our community.
Events & Participation
You agree to provide accurate information and follow event guidelines when participating in OJNA events.
Event Media & Recording
By participating in OJNA events, you consent to the recording of sessions and use of photos, audio, or video for educational, promotional, or organizational purposes.
CNE Certificates & Compliance
CNE certificates are issued based on eligibility requirements, attendance, evaluations, and verification processes. OJNA’s nursing continuing professional development activities are approved by the Northeast Multistate Division Education Unit (NEMSD), an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC).
OJNA does not guarantee that CNE credits will be accepted by any licensing board, employer, or jurisdiction outside the ANCC approval framework. Participants are responsible for confirming acceptance with their relevant licensing authority.
OJNA reserves the right to deny, revoke, correct, or refuse to verify certificates if:
- Information is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading
- Duplicate or suspicious submissions are detected
- Participation or evaluation requirements are not fully completed
Requests for corrections to certificates must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after issuance.
No Professional Relationship
Use of this website does not create any medical, legal, or professional relationship between you and OJNA.

Advertising & Sponsorship Submissions
OJNA may accept advertising and sponsorship submissions and reserves the right to approve, edit, reject, or remove any submitted content at its discretion.
